We hold space for the fatigue and the emotional weight so many moms carry, and celebrate the powerful reminder that we are not alone. In showing up for this group, each of you is showing up for yourselves, your healing, and your families.
There’s strength in sharing the struggle. There’s healing in being seen. And there is power in continuing — even on the hardest days.
You are doing more than enough. And you are never alone here
I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, and adults through all stages of life — from “Who do I want to be?” to “Why am I where I am?”
Life can pass in the blink of an eye. Sometimes we feel stuck, standing still while everything moves around us. Other times, we’re moving so fast that we lose sight of our path. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel supported, seen, and reminded that you don’t have to walk this path alone.
I have extensive experience supporting individuals through prepartum and postpartum transitions, including anxiety, depression, and the emotional shifts that come with becoming a parent. Finding the words for how we feel can be hard — but given the space to process and pour out, profound healing can begin.
I also believe in the power of movement and fresh air. If it feels right for you, let’s take our session outside and walk together — sometimes clarity comes with the wind at your back.
I am currently out-of-network with insurance, but I provide superbills to submit for possible reimbursement. We’ll go over all billing questions and options during our first session.
