I use a combination of different techniques that are based on each of my clients needs and desires, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I specialize in trauma work, finding healing for trauma that has been stored in your body.

I hold a grief group once a week where individuals find a space to feel connected to others who resonate with their life experiences.
The first and last Saturday morning of every month I hold mindfulness groups where you are guided through a meditated mindfulness state in order to find a place of comfort within ourselves.
